What Homaic is for
You own (or rent, or steward) a place to live. Things in it break, get serviced, get replaced, get warrantied, get insured, get claimed. Right now that information is scattered across email, drawer, photo roll, and memory. Homaic is the place where it all lives — and the place from which you generate the brief, the answer, or the receipt the moment someone asks.

Homaic uses magic-link sign-in. Enter your email, click the link, you're in. No password to forget.
If the magic link doesn't arrive in 60 seconds, check spam. If it's still missing, request another from the sign-in screen. The link expires after 15 minutes — request a fresh one if you wait too long.
The four things to do in your first seven days
In rough order:
- Add your property. Address, year built, square footage, basic photo. Everything you record afterward attaches to this property.
- Walk through your home with your phone. Capture nameplate photos of the appliances, HVAC, water heater, panel, roof tags. Mode A reads the photos and creates asset records — model, serial, install date when visible. Thirty to sixty minutes for a typical home.
- Generate one property brief. Pick the audience (contractor, agent, insurer, family, neighbor). The brief is a one-sheet you can share via link. This is the single most-shared artifact in Homaic, so it pays to see it once early.
- Connect your AI. If you use Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, or another MCP-aware client, wire it up via Mode B. You bring your own AI subscription; Homaic exposes the tools. If you'd rather not, Mode A works in-product.
What to skip
Don't try to capture everything in one sitting. The system is designed to accumulate. Add what's in front of you when something happens — a contractor visit, a warranty claim, a paint touch-up — and the manifest fills in over months.
