What's free, what's paid, what self-hosting costs, and how cancellation and refunds work.

Homaic has two paid surfaces and one free path. The numbers are the numbers. We don't run promotional gymnastics, we don't change pricing on you mid-month, and we don't trap you on cancellation.

Free

The free tier is genuinely useful. We expect a meaningful share of users to never pay us a dollar; that's a fine outcome.

Homaic Pro — $19 / month

Annual billing knocks ~15% off the monthly rate. No multi-year contracts.

Self-hosting

Free, AGPL-licensed, runs on your hardware. You pay your AI costs directly to whichever provider you use; there's no Homaic margin on those.

What we don't do

Cancellation

Account → Billing → Cancel subscription.

Refunds

If something genuinely went wrong — outage that affected your work, billing error, charge you didn't authorize — email support@homaic.io. We refund unambiguously bad outcomes within 30 days. For "I changed my mind," the cancellation flow is the right path; we don't refund partial periods on change-of-mind.

Account deletion

Different from cancellation. Deletion actually deletes — assets, briefs, documents, decisions, the lot. Audit logs are retained for 90 days, then purged.

Run an export first. There is no recovery from account deletion.

Account → Privacy → Delete account.
